- Business travel to other regions for market research and business meetings.
- Translate work documents, and write well-organized reports.
- Research Vietnam's real estate market, make a database and share a report to the team.
- Research laws and any legal issues of Vietnam regarding construction and real-estate business.
- Conduct a logical feasibility study of a real estate project. (Calculate profit, IRR and cap rate)
- Liaise and have meeting with the land owners, potential partners, and relevant government authorities to secure new business opportunities.
- Search for new projects and obtain information.
- Collect Vietnamese news related to construction and real-estate market and make summarized report.
- Other duties assigned by the line managers

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent in handling MS OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate business will be preferred
- Korean speaking ability will be preferred
