Vietnam Sales Strategy and Planning Team: Responsible for Alibaba.com Vietnam Sales strategy including overall business planning, go to market strategy, resource allocation, product and pricing strategy, channel management strategy as well as daily planning and operation to make sure the business targets are achieved. 1. Support the leader to design and implement the country overall business planning and sales strategy including target breakdown, commission policy, commercial product design, pricing, promotion, incentive on a daily operation basis to achieve business targets 2. Monitor the business progress on daily basis and report to management team. Identify potential risk and propose improvement plan accordingly. 3. Manage the market rules for Alibaba owned sales and channel partners team to make sure fair market environment and healthy competition. Including design/optimization of the rules and implementation 4. Lead sales organization enabling projects including process optimization, supporting system optimization, sales training, skills improvement, incentive project design and implementation. 5. Manage pricing, promotion resource including cash discount and other benefits to support the best business result. 6.Work closely with channel management and direct sales team to implement the promotion and incentive program. Track the progress regularly and communicate with peers and channel partners frequently to achieve result. 7. Support Sales kits generation/translate as needed. 8. Support leaders on translation between English and Vietnamese when meeting customers/ channel partners. 9. Support other sales strategy and planning tasks as needed. 10. Spend at least 20% of time meeting channel partners/ customers.

Job requirements

1. 3+ years of work experience as commercial role, preferably from e-Commerce or Internet companies. Experience in B2B business is a plus. 2. Experience on go to market, sales strategy and operation, channel management is a plus. 3. Good communication skills to work well with both internal and external partners. 4. Project management capability 5. Native in Vietnamese. High proficiency and excellent communication skills in written and oral English. Chinese language capability is a plus 6. Willing to learn and grow. 7. Proficiency on Microsoft Office, especially excel and powerpoint 8. Photoshop or other design tool capability is a plus. 9. English Resumes only.
