- Responsible for training/ coaching Sales Representatives
- Representative in sales and routing process.
- In charge of cold drink equipment management for placement, maintenance & collection.
- Responsible to work closely with distributor and manage Sales Representative.
- In charge for placement of permanent POSM.
- In charge to update Routing in assigned area.
- In charge of outlet coverage and in–outlet Execution.
- Responsible for performing disciplinary/ assessment actions to Sales Representatives
- In charge to prepare People Plan for Sales Representative.
- Timely submission of reports to Area Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Good communication skills. Good English is highly preferred.
- Understanding of direct sales system/ procedure in FMCG industry.
- Good computer skill (Word, Excel and Power Point) is preferred.
- Being a dynamic and hard-working person.
