Mô Tả Công Việc
- Manage the sales process to monitor the performance of all sales team and continuously improve to adapt with actual circumstance;
- Manager the sales KPI, support and give timely guidance to all sales staffs to chase the monthly KPI. Track and provide direction on how sales staffs should obtain their goals;
- Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed;
- Monitor sales history, vehicle history, customers history and following up task on CRM system;
- Manage and conduct all Sales report, Sales KPI report;
- Periodically conduct the sales training for all staffs to improve the sales skill, negotiation skill and deal closing skill as well as customers relationship enhancement;
- Monitor the market activities from all competitors to propose sales campaigns and promotions;
- Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job;
- Participating in all Sales events & Community events;
- Perform other related duties as required.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred or equivalent work experience;
- Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations is mandatory;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good English & Communication skills;
- Have A2 license.
