Mô tả công việc
1. Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to Sales Manager
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and tactics.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue.
3. Team Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Accounting, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Supervise and guide the sales team, monitor their performance and make reports
4. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Participate in key negotiations and assist in closing high-value deals.
- Provide guidance on effective negotiation strategies to the sales team.
5. Supporting the Sales Manager in daily operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have experiences in FMCG field, especially stationery business.
- From 3 years experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as the work tools available on Google
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
