- Responsible for managing and developing current portfolio of customers.
- Will be held responsible for customer retention, development and finding new customers.
- Grow the revenue of the company and reach sales quotas.
- Focus on HORECA Customers
Specific responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Help to build an accurate forecast of needs of customers
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in Sales in HORECA industry and/or F&B Experience.
- Fluent in English (any other languages are a plus)
- Great customer service skills
- Pro-active and move forward attitude to conquer new markets
- Excellent Verbal & Writing skills
