Job Description
Deliver sales target and other tasks in assigned areas by selling in sales development objectives and initiatives established during the AOP, build up new outlets and productive calls through managing sales team, company’s portfolios, implement daily execution in the marketplace.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Grow sales and market share
• Develop, sell, and execute effective sales agreements with identified customers as alignment with superiors.
• Develop initiatives in assigned areas to improve the business performance
• Monitor performance and compliance to Sales Agreements, taking corrective action where necessary
• Ensure fast solution for smooth operation when there is changes from customers or from DKSH: payment, supply chain, ad-hoc…etc.
• Set clear KPIs for sales staffs that are consistent with company goals with alignment from Line Managers.
• Review progress versus objectives on weekly basis.
2. Identify & win new business
• Identify and approach new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers/ new wholesaler’s food service…) & develop DKSH’s portfolios in all accounts in assigned locations.
Job Requirements
• Experienced OOH Channels (Hotel, Factory, School, Catering…), 02 years minimum
• Good channel/customer/industry insight
• Good understanding of selling & distribution system
• Good functional skills including: analytical/logical skill & negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal skills: communication, strategic influencing and presentation skill
• Solutions & results oriented, customer service oriented
