Sales executive objectives is to gain relevant market share and grow the consolidated sales profit and volume of Premix, FA and YAF product lines through customer and distributor management.
* Main Tasks:
1. Proactively develop customer to build up the premix, FA and YAF business.
2. Review account plans, understand the steps in a sales cycle, how to create progress in a sales cycle, make use of resources in different phases of the sales cycle. Maintain overview of customers in pipeline.
3. Responsible for forecasting accuracy based on the overview of existing and new business.
4. Implement professional sales and customer management.
5. Understand customer’ interactions and synergy opportunities with other local businesses.
6. Understand customers’ compensation plans, commission structures, and bonus providing targets.
7. Develop and execute the account management plan.
8. Execute field trials to support products and programs, in co-operation with the technical staff.
9. Monthly report sales progress, evaluate sales according to budget.
10. Regular updates of the activities and achievements, upcoming issues and concerns.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education: Bachelor of Science in animal nutrition, agri business or equivalent
• Working Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a B2B sales in the premix
• Technical & Professional Knowledge (or certification):
- Well-developed sales and distributor skills
- Experience in preparing sales plans
- Strong negotiation, result oriented, passionate, persistent
- Excellent oral communication and presentations skills in one to one and group situations
