Sales Support

- Prepare proposals related to relevant products/ Bidding to customers.

- Contacting with customers by phone, email, face-to-face meeting.

- Looking for suppliers (social networking tools)

- Read and understand the bidding documents

- Ask for quotation with foreign and domestic suppliers.

- Negotiating and persuading customers to sign contracts to use products and services

- Understanding incoterms 2020,

- Other duties assigned from the Head of Department

- Chuẩn bị các đề xuất liên quan đến sản phẩm liên quan/Đấu thầu cho khách hàng.

- Liên hệ với khách hàng qua điện thoại, email, gặp mặt trực tiếp.

- Tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp (công cụ mạng xã hội)

- Đọc và hiểu hồ sơ đấu thầu

- Yêu cầu báo giá với các nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước.

- Đàm phán, thuyết phục khách hàng ký kết hợp đồng sử dụng sản phẩm, dịch vụ

- Am hiểu incoterms 2020,

- Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao từ Trưởng phòng.

- Graduated from College/University majoring in Commerce

- Good transactions in English

- Proficient in office computers.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively under high pressure.

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hard-working and enthusiastic with work

- Age: 24- 30 old.

- At least 1-2 years experience in Sales supports

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/ Đại Học các ngành Thương mại

- Giao dịch tốt bằng tiếng Anh

- Thông thạo vi tính văn phòng.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán tốt.

- Khả năng làm việc hiệu quả dưới áp lực cao.

- Năng động, nhiệt tình, chăm chỉ và nhiệt tình với công việc

- Độ tuổi: 24- 30 tuổi.

- Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm
