- Prepare monthly Trade rebate/ promotion program
- Monitor liabilities of all Distributors from GT channel
- Submit Trade rebate/ promotion announcement to Local/ Provincial Trade and Industry Dept.
- Prepare payment claim for Sales team
- Other assigned tasks by section Head

Graduated from University of Economics, Commerce, Foreign Languages, and Administrative Management
- The basic knowledge about the economy in general and cooking oil industry in particular
- The basic knowledge about accounting major, current law about selling policy, commercial law
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing
- Good communication/negotiation/time management skills
- Microsoft Office including words, excel
- Solf skills such as communication, team work, individual time management, sales supervising, negotiation, convincing skills
- 02 years' experience in Customer Service or Sales Admin position
- The experience of Working with customer
- Document administration experience
