What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate with relevant departments for invoices and licenses checking.
- Execute and manage customer invoices, including fee charged and related sales taxes.
- Perform collection application and receivables clearance.
- Follow up outstanding payments with customers, respond to credit request.
- Ensure all transactions are completely and appropriately recognized in system.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports relating to sales orders and receivables.
- Support internal and external audit.
- Follow and enforce the company's policies and procedures.
- Maintain appropriate documentations relating to orders, invoices, customer’s communication and activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Revenue accountant or similar position in international company.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales supporting software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Mature, empathetic and professional manner
- Integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
- Ability to collaborate with and motivate others
- Independent self-starter with attention to detail
- Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
It Would Be Nice If You Had:
- Salesforces or Netsuite experience.
- Experience with company in the IT or similar industry.
