Sales Support Engineer (Fresh Or Junior)

• Assist sales team in preparing tender and bidding documents.

• Complete Material Take Off (MTO) for projects designed by the customer.

• Attend customer meeting with the sales team for technical issues explanation and clarification.

• Study & understand Customer drawings for making Proposal Drawings (PPD) with clear & full information based on Customer Drawings & Sales Engineer’s agreement.

• Discuss with Sales team to fulfill PIF to meet customers’ requirements.

• Receive the final information from Sales engineers for modifying & updating PIF & PPD in prospective projects. Transfer the final documents to Customer Services Dept. (CSD) for entering new job.

• Follow up with Engineering Dept. to get output (estimates, column reactions, etc.,…) in quotation stage.

• Follow up with CSD Dept. to get output (approval drawing, estimates etc.,…) in job stage.

• Follow up with Customers and sales engineers to get Revised Approval Drawing (if any).

• Follow up and prepare Change Order and send to CSD (if any).

• Communicate with concerned Dept. to solve problems during the projects.

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering, preferring students from HCM University of Technology (Bach Khoa University), University of Architecture HCMC, or HCMC University of Technical Education.

• Good knowledge of technical details & drawings.

• Familiar with AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and problem - solving skills.

• English communication.
