Sales Support Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the support function to Sales but is not limited to all aspects

related to regular orders and administrative works so that Sales have more time for field

works and develop new business

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make stock balance for assigned key accounts by proactive getting them order, then

getting approval from Country Manager, reminding customer to receive goods, solving

failure goods in his/her authorization; support to prepare delivery documents;

• Receive purchase order/ sales order from sales team or customer then proceed those

orders with appropriate departments;

• Support sales create new product code, vendor code, and customer code on system;

• Support sales to compose all documents for approval, quotation, contract;

• Support sales to order gift, calendar, and notebook; even support sales to make list and

order gift for customer;

• Support the others works related when sales team are on field;

• Support sales to sending samples to test periodically.

• Support sales to get data for sales reports;

• Support sales to collect bad debts from customers;

• Other tasks as assigned

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/ Foreign Trade/ Business Administration or related majors

Experience : 3 year-experience in sales admin/ sales support/ planning/ logistics in distribution companies

Age : 25 years up

Others : as follows;

• Fluent in English – writing and speaking

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent project and time management skills

• Good computer skills e.g. practical knowledge of MS Office

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Highly motivated, committed, effective and supportive team member, able to work flexibly, quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
