Sales Support Position

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Support position located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves supporting sales operations, assisting with customer service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing administrative support to the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include managing documentation, coordinating with clients, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams to facilitate sales processes.

Qualifications

- [MUST] English communication skills

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data to support sales strategies

- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective issue resolution

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge and experience in Sales Operations processes

- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently

- Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

- Relevant experience in a sales support or similar role is desirable
