The Sales Team Leader will spearhead the sales initiatives and strategies for introducing and promoting Australian products in the Vietnamese market. This pivotal role demands a passionate and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese market dynamics, along with a proven track record in sales leadership within the food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

● Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and grow the market for Australian wine and honey in Vietnam.
● Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.

2. Product Knowledge & Training:

● Become an expert in Australian wine and honey products, understanding their unique selling points, and effectively conveying these to potential clients and customers.
● Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

3. Client Relationship Management:

● Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the Vietnamese F&B industry.
● Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and network with potential partners.

3. Team Management & Development:

● Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

● Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to guide strategic decision-making.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
● Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market, particularly in the F&B sector.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
● Passion for Australian products and a genuine interest in promoting them in the Vietnamese market.
