1. To assure your team working smoothly and effectively for good pursuance of the group’s sales process and supervising/coaching your team members in daily sales activities.
3. To assure goal and target aim by exploring new opportunities for business allover South East Asia, assigning to the right person or yourself for the most efficient follow-up.
4. To conduct market research if necessaryfor plan to develop your personal and team’s capacity.
5. To discuss/set forth/report direction of development and regular plans.
6. Join recruitment process, training and assessment when required.
Duties and tasks
1. Organize and coach your own team
o Know all product lines and scope of territory of your team;
o Select team members or inherit members of preceders;
o Assure good team work and individual performance from training to independent pursuance;
o Assign suitable tasks and coach team members in sales skills and process to achieve good rate of conversion;
o Lead team in sales activities eg. Exhibition participation, travels and meetings;
o Lead team of conducting better CRM, get feedback from client/factory and develop re-sales/cross-sales/up-sales activities.
o Training, assessing your team members for in-time appraisal, promotion, demotion, dismissal.
2. Goal and target achievement
o Assure regular target achievement for yourself by generating/following up with leads, prospects from self-source, marketing and all sales sources;
o Support team members to best sales performance subjecting to team’s target and goals;
o Instant update of team’s prospects, figure out issue, seek for assistance, set out action plan and follow up procedure for result subject.
o Regular report of status, problem and solution weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually.
o Contribute to company and group’s plan proposal.
3. Market ownership
o Conduct and instant update market research for thorough understanding of your products’ market, import-export data oll over SEA;
o Analysis of opportunities for immediate action plan to aproach business target;
o Join marketing direction and planning for strategy to upgrade business and branding;
o Present HQTS in your product line in web/seminars internally and externally.
4. Develop business on management level
o Find new resources and partners to support client services in SEA;
o Research and propose of new services and new products.
o Join recruitment process, plan for team development on reasonable basis;
o Evaluate team’s cost and coefficient rate to plan for budget, members and cost control;
o Price evaluation and proposal adjustment subject to market requirement;
o Brainstorm for business direction, detail plan of execution and regular report to higher leaders.
o Join business training courses organized by the group or outsources.

2. Experience: At least 3-5 years experienced Sales or Business development job for TIC industries and at least 1- 2 years experienced as Team leader position
3. Language: Fluent in English (dual Chinese is a plus)
4. Skills:
o Strong in communication;
o Leadership, team management;
o Good planner;
o Ability of facilitation;
o Flair to business opportunities;
o Good in Microsoft Office and adaptive to new system application.
5. Personality:
o Independent and proactive;
o Well communicative toward convincible solution;
o Ability to develop strong and trusting relationship at all levels in an organization;
o Very well organized, careful, solution oriented with a can-do attitude;
o Flexible and creative.
