To serve the business development strategy, VietnamWorks recruit Sales Team Leader - who will manage and lead a team of 6-8 members to together accomplish mutual goals. Specifically:

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Achieve sales targets:
- Promote and raise wide awareness of VietnamWorks capabilities to existing clients or prospective clients.
- Assist with division business development needs as well as participate in company’ s essential growth strategies.
- Develop the business, build up and maintain good relationship with clients.
- Collect and capture market information to maximize business opportunities.
- Collaborate and unify with management team and Board of Managers (BOM) to achieve the common goals.

2. Manage & develop sales team
- Lead a group of 6-8 people and develop a business plan to achieve the given target.
- Select and attract talent according to business plan.
- Educate & train staff continuously to ensure they can confidently do their job effectively.
- Monitor staff’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance.
- Recognize and reward team members to maximize sales performance.
- Be ready for other assigned duties and involve in projects assigned by management.

- At least 3 continuous years of experience in sales/ business development/ consulting and people management with specific achievements in B2B field
- Modesty and relentless learning
- Proactive spirit and high responsibility for yourself and at work
- Communicate honestly, quickly and clearly.
- Good communication in English
- University/College degree
