A Sales Manager is the person who is responsible for leading an organization’s sales team in:
- Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns in all channels.
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Advising distributors and dealers on standard policies of company.
- Cooperating and working well with MDs.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying potenial markets to find new sales opportunities
- Reporting directly to General Director
- Other required tasks assigned by General Director.
BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
- Gross salary: 20 - 25 million + incentive based on sales revenue (will discuss futher in the interview).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College or university graduation.
- Aged: 25 - 35 years old
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Retails Sales experience. Experience in distribution of children's toys is an advantage
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise sales teams.
- Identifying and recruiting sales talent.
- Competency in coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to be able to analyze important sales data and use it to make vital sales decisions.
