* Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Technician with a technical background and at least 5 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn and adapt to technical aspects. This role involves managing relationships with distributors, engaging directly with end users, and developing new sales opportunities.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
- Research and identify potential accounts; build rapport, provide technical information, and prepare quotations.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with distributors and engage with end users to understand their needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with distributors and clients.
- Manage orders, including communication of expected delivery dates and handling inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to gain in-depth product knowledge and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and recommend policy improvements.

* Qualifications:
- University or college degree (Mechanical & Electrical Engineering preferred).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on technical or industrial products.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to comprehend technical documents.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to travel frequently (up to 4 days per week).

- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- High level of customer orientation and empathy.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Compensation: Salary is negotiable based on experience. End Year bonus and commissions on sales

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday
* Location: Cat Lai Office, Ho Chi Minh City, with travel across Vietnam and Southeast Asia
