Sales Tour Inbound

• Communicating with both B2B and B2C clients to understand their desires

• Designing a suitable itinerary to travelers

• Collecting and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) to help them make the right decision

• Making calculations and sending quotations

• Confirming bookings and handling to other related department

• Taking a good care of customers during the stay

• Handling tour bookings from start to finish

• Negotiating and book services with suppliers

• Dealing with customer’s complaints

• Dealing efficiently with guests

• Introducing, answering questions & persuading customers to use the company’s products.

• Reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to direct management.

• Other tasks as assigned and directed by the Board of Directors.

• Experience is an advantage

• Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST

• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Able to work under high pressure and overtime

• Good communication, organization skills, listening skill

• Strong customer service, and sale focus

• Excellence in negotiation
