• Prepare and conduct training for New Sales Consultant & New Dealership courses.
• Study to prepare training material and conduct new product training course
• Support to organize and monitor the Sales Force Development Training courses
• Collect and report about dealer manpower situation monthly
• Support and evaluate dealer in in-house training activities periodically
• Support & training for Dealer in-house trainer
• Conduct training other relevant training programs for sales activities
• Develop program to improve training programs and training methods
• Support others for sales, marketing, PR & Sales Contest activities
• Propose action plan for SSI/CSI improvement through training activities

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Technology/ Marketing/ Business Administration is preferable
- Knowledge: Automobile industry/ Training/ Sales & Marketing
- Required skills: English, presentation, communication, driving skill - B2 (preferable)
- Experience: 1-2 years in training or working in automobile industry (sales or aftersales)
- Other (if any): Ability to join business trip
