In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in Salses Training & Quality Control Department, using your

skills to manage and enhance business training activities at VinFast, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training

programs. Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct quality checks, while organizing and managing Elearning course

Job Responsibilities

Operations and Reporting:

• Oversee business training activities, including planning, implementing, and monitoring programs.

• Develop and maintain reporting systems on training results, progress, and issues.

• Analyze data and create reports on training effectiveness, recommending improvements.

Training Quality Control:

• Ensure training programs meet quality standards.

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality checks on training programs.

• Develop and maintain quality control processes.

Training Effectiveness:

• Assess training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.

• Analyze results and suggest improvements.

• Conduct research and surveys to adjust training programs.

Organization and Management of eLearning Courses:

• Manage and implement eLearning programs, including planning and content development.

• Ensure eLearning courses meet training needs and quality standards.

• Monitor and evaluate course effectiveness and engagement, making improvements as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Training Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training or training management, preferably in the automotive industry

or similar fields.

• Data analysis and evaluation skills related to training.

• Project management and coordination skills.

• Strong communication and reporting skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Proficiency in eLearning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Proactive, capable of working independently and in teams, effective problem-solving skills, and time

management abilities
