Mô Tả Công Việc

We are seeking an experienced Sales Training Leader to oversee the overall capability of our sales force, with a specific focus on store onboarding and retention. The ideal candidate will lead the sales capability building program, coordinating with our salesforce agency for effective training deployment. Reporting to the Head of Retailer Management, this role requires a visionary and influential leader with a strong background in FMCG sales training.

1- Training Course and On-Field Program Design (30%)

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation, focus for salesman & sales supervisor . Make sure all required training is conducted on time in full.
• Leverage in-depth experience in sales training, especially in the FMCG sector, to design and implement targeted training courses and on-field programs.
• Continuously evaluate and refine training content based on the evolving needs of the salesforce.
• Develop tools and manage evaluation procedures to maximize training effectiveness.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors.
2. Sales Capability Building Program (40%)
• Take ownership of overall salesforce capability, including the onboarding of new stores and strategies for store retention.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the salesforce.
• Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive sales capability building program.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to effectively deploy training programs.
3. Engagement Activities (30%)
• Be in charge of all internal communication.
• Be responsible for Workplace platform management.
• Take lead all engagement activities, such as: Company parties/events, Int’l Women Day, Mid - Autumn Festival, Halloween, Xmas party, Annual party, …
• Play a role as an MC in all events.
• Other tasks assigned by HRD & Head of Retailer Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor Degree
• Good English is preferred.
• In-depth experience in sales training, especially in the FMCG sector.
• Visionary, interpersonal, and influential leadership skills.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in designing and implementing salesforce training courses and on-field programs.
• Ability to moderate large groups.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
