DeViLink is growing! We are currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to an exciting long-term project for a Germany-based client.

* Your Tasks

**System Administration

Manage users, roles, and permission sets

Configure objects, fields, record types, and page layouts

Set up and maintain Flows, Validation Rules, and other automation

**Operational Data Management

Execute mass updates and data corrections using tools like Salesforce Inspector

Perform ad hoc data clean-ups and process-driven data changes

Maintain and update reports, dashboards, and process logic in Salesforce

Document changes and ensure data quality standards

**HubSpot Integration & Marketing Automation

Manage and troubleshoot the HubSpot–Salesforce Sync

Collaborate with Marketing to support and optimize HubSpot automation flows, including:

Webinar registrations

Email campaigns and newsletters

Lead nurturing sequences

Maintenance

Assist in data segmentation, lead scoring, and syncing lifecycle stages between systems

**Support & Collaboration

Act as a go-to person for Salesforce-related issues and questions

Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement process improvements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification is a plus)

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Flow Builder

• Confident working with Salesforce Inspector or similar tools for secure data uploads

• Solid experience with HubSpot, including marketing automation and HubSpot–Salesforce integration

• Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced B2B environment is a plus

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis Foundations
