Sample Planner

The Sample Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products. This role involves analyzing capacity, material availability, and customer demand to create and manage sample production plans that optimize resource utilization and meet delivery deadlines. The Planner collaborates closely with various departments, including Production, Outsourcing , Sales, and Logistics, to ensure smooth production flow and accurate forecasting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

o Develop and maintain production schedules: Create daily, weekly, and monthly production master plans based on sales request .

o Analyze capacity and resources: Evaluate production capacity, equipment availability, and labor resources to ensure schedules are feasible and efficient.

o Monitor material availability: Track inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials.

o Coordinate with other departments: Communicate production plans and any potential issues to Production, Sales, R&D, and Logistics teams.

o Adjust production schedules: Respond to changes in demand, material shortages, equipment downtime, and other unforeseen circumstances by adjusting production schedules accordingly.

o Track sample production progress: Monitor actual production output against planned schedules and identify any deviations.

o Generate reports: Prepare and analyze production reports, including capacity utilization, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.

o Maintain accurate data: Ensure all production planning data, including bills of materials, routings, and lead times, is accurate and up-to-date in the Arito system.

o Participate in planning meetings: Attend and contribute to production planning meetings to discuss forecasts, schedules, and potential issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in production planning, scheduling, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and highly accurate
