- Work in a global team of SAP Inhouse Consultants - Involve and support SAP implementation for Asia region and global - Daily 2nd level SAP helpdesk support (MM/PP modules), providing consultant service to professional departments and regional / global key users - Understand the ticketing system and respond to requests with understanding of the impact of business problems - Monitor and ensure timely closure of incidents and change requests - Harmonize global and Asia region process and design - SAP regional key user training - Being a part of our global S/4HANA transition project - Sometimes provide after office hour month-end / year-end / festival standby support to business - Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
