SUMMARY
- Be a person who has an in-depth knowledge of SAP TMS and relevant applications along with business processes related to each application
- Be the first level support function to Dispatchers/Vendors for system and process by delivering training, trouble shooting
- Be an expert in daily operation, capture and delivery best practice sharing to End User, act as gatekeeper of SAP TMS operation excellence
- Be the counterpart of SME for applications & process standardization and digitalization
Key Responsibilities
Process Standardization
Raise change requests/ ideas to SME for identified system issues or changes, which would improve efficiency or performance of the processes
Provide guidance/ clarification to End User/ relevant stakeholders to collect customer profiles, customer data into SAP TMS and relevant systems
Standardize operation process with excellence and LEAN; consider and propose the process for exceptional handling if any
Manage and document all the exceptional handling
Digitalization
Act as first level escalation and support for End Users to resolve issues, raise/work with SNOW if need
Be as the counterpart of SME for applications & processes
Onboard new users (in both technique and knowledge)
Lead and/or manage data cleanup/ system error handling/ master data maintenance and monitoring in SAP TMS and relevant systems
Onboard/Implement new roll-out/features
People Capabilities
Customize and localize in Customer/Vendor level training materials based on local requirements including: IOP, user manual, QRG, product manual (Flow)
Conduct application information sharing and training to end user
Upgrade user capability and adoption by training/sharing/testing
Customer Centricity
Be assistance of existing client (testing, demo, UAT, training, transformation) on need basis
Customer/Vendor onboarding (Refer to RACI)
Support MIFA by provide guidance /clarification for end user/COE agent to collect customer MIFA
Support Procurement/Vendor Management to deliver training to external parties (Customers, Suppliers, Vendor)
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 02 years of experience in process and systems Logistics / Transportation Management System (TMS) is a big plus
Fluent English
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Experience in customer/vendor onboarding/training, preferable in application & systems
Problem solving skills, ability to translate issues into development opportunities
Flexibility, adaptability and change management skills
Result orientation
Willingness to support a specialist network (SME/SU communities, FPO, application managers, technical teams, …)
Self-learning skills, and proactiveness to learn from others
Ability to use technology to gather, analyse, and visualise data
