Main purpose
Support SCM Manager to build up overall supply chain operations, including planning, purchasing, inventory, and delivery while fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and finished goods.
Support SCM Manager implement supply chain strategies to ensure that critical distribution processes run effectively and achieve organization goals and performance KPIs.

Suppliers: cold warehouse, transportation, logistics service, forwarders, material producers.
I Supply Chain Strategy:
Implement and contribute ideas of supply chain strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.
II Logistics & Distribution:
Control and supervise the logistics operations of products according to scheduled plan with expected time, place, quality, and quantity.
2.1 Inventory & Warehouse Management:
Review and check inventory data and weekly report. Support updating remained stock daily and recommend suitable products according to sales demand and production supply.
Supervise and collaborate with outsourcing warehouses to adapt with sales and delivery plan.
2.2 Transportation:
Suggest delivery schedule and set up distribution requirements with transporters.
Monitor transportation providers, delivery plan and quality.
Contribute ideas and solution to build up performance metrics.
III Supply Chain Planning:
Collaborate cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, production to gather relevant information and align demand forecasts updates, risks, and sales opportunities.
3.1 Demand planning:
Suggest analysis and check data via planning process, implement aggregation by considering optimal resources
3.2 Supply planning:
Work closely with production teams to implement and suggest supply plans with demand forecasts, production capacities, and lead times.
IV. Purchasing:
Identify potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
Implement purchasing activities and report supplier performance measurement systems and conduct regular supplier evaluations.
Prepare documents, check and supervise payment to suppliers.
V. Other tasks:
Contribute good ideas and maintain healthy atmosphere and collaboration spirit within supply chain team with other departments.
Support interview, suggest good candidate and train new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Conduct performance evaluations and review feedback from SCM executive/staff.
Other tasks as assigned by uppler Director and Manager.
