The Scrum Master is responsible for leading a team of developers through the agile product development process.
The Scrum Master will ensure that the team is working efficiently and productively on projects, and will be responsible for guiding the team through sprints, facilitating meetings, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise, and ensuring that the team meets its objectives.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings with the development team
- Monitor progress throughout each sprint to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner
- Identify any roadblocks or impediments to progress and work to remove them
- Ensure that all tasks are properly tracked in tracking tool
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to the development team as needed
- Identify areas of improvement within the development process
- Proactively manage risk and dependencies across sprints
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers on project progress, risks, and issues
- Provide reports on sprint progress and velocity
- Ensure that all processes are in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
- Demonstrated success leading agile teams in delivering value quickly
