ABOUT THE PROGRAMS
Schneider Internship Program offers a 6-month professional trial aiming at attracting, growing and developing the most competent university students across the country into the Company and groom them to become future leader pipelines of Schneider Electric. The Internship Program will start in April 2023.
The Program also looks at offering a real business context outside of education environment and as one of the Vietnam Best Places to Work for students to apply and pursuing career themselves with Company in both technical and commercial career paths.

►Round 2 - Video Interview – Hirevue
If you’re competent, you will be contacted via email to answer some short questions via video on our Video Interview platform.
►Round 3 - HR Interview
You will have an opportunity to discuss further with HR team about your competency, business relevance and other benefits to work at Schneider Electric.
►Round 4 - Panel Interview
Your career interests and potential will be confirmed in the discussion with Hiring Managers and/or Heads of Department.
►Onboarding: 1st or 16th April 2023
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Students with major in Commercial, Business Administration, IT or Technical Study is preferred. Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering major for Engineering positions is a great plus;
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC 780 or equivalent);
- Love learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Competent in Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration.
