Sea Export Operator (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Xuất)

1. Booking:

- Receive & follow up SOP from HWL overseas & Sales, feedback if any issue.

- Contact Customers, Carriers & arrange booking.

2. Document:

- Co-ordinate with all parties (Customers, Carriers, Sub-contractor...) for shipping document issuance: HBL, MBL, invoice/packing list, C/O etc.… (if required).

- Up-date all required information, events timely & accurately in CargoWise One, PO track, other systems if any & if required by account’s SOP.

- Co-ordinate with Customers/ HWL Overseas to arrange timely & accurate filing of AMS/ ENS, AFR, CCAM, SCMC etc.…where applicable.

- Follow up the status until everything is confirmed in order.

3. Billing/invoicing:

- Issue tax invoice /sales invoice to customer, collect charge invoice to HWL overseas.

- Trace the invoice from carriers/ sub-contractors & post the Vendor invoice.

4. Shipment following up:

- Follow up the shipment status (such as pick up, customs clearance, inspection etc....for ex-work shipment, on board, connecting vessel, seaway bill status, telex release etc…) & follow up the payment from customers until everything is settled.

5. Meeting KPI:

- Ensure all the required KPIs are met (if not, should have proper explanation): Invoicing (timely, accurate), tracking event, e-shipping instruction (eSI), Carrier data quality, EDI-Prealert, etc… and other if required

6. Others:

- Report to Seafreight Export team leader if any problem during the process.

- Handle any other tasks assigned by Seafreight Export team leader

- Have at least 3 years of experience in handling export shipments

- Experienced in CargoWise One system and able to join ASAP are preferred

- Precise & detailed oriented

- Good at English (writing & speaking) is a must

- Good communication skill & customer care skill

- Proficient in Word & Excel office software

- Teamwork spirit & high responsibility manner
