Sea Export Specialist

- Be responsible for accurate shipping docs and follow up shipping schedule. - Check and issue all related docs for sea outbound/inbound shipments (Arrival Notice, Manifest Filling, Booking Note, SI/VGM, Pre-alert, BL, Credit Note, Debit Note, etc…) - Ensure all charges and related docs are collected from Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent and timely report to Operation Manager if any charge or documents are pending - Complete settlement job correctly and timely by co-ordination with team members/accounting dept. and customers - Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics. - More details will be discussed during interview.

(Working Abilities): - Bachelor’s degree in economics or related fields. - Over 3-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea import/export documentation handling. - Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required - Good command of English. - Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office, especially excellent Excel skill is an advantage. * Phẩm chất cá nhân.
