* Rate checking, shipment schedule and vessel position trace/update
* Negotiate wt Shipping Lines / Co-loader for rate, shipping schedule, booking status/swap, arising issue, ...
* Manage and be responsible for accurate booking/tracing information sharing with Customers/receiving from S/L, Co-loaders, ...
* Check/update and issue all related docs for booking status / delay notice / loading confirm / exception registration, ... for sea outbound shipments
* Ensure all related docs are submitted/EDI to Customer / Over-sea partner / Local agent / Shipping Lines or Co-loaders and timely report to Operation Manager if any issue or documents are pending
* Other duties related to daily operation of forwarding/logistics.
* More details will be discussed during interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Bachelor degree in logistics/economics or related fields.
* Over 2-year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea export documentation handling.
* Good command of English.
* Ability to communicate professionally via e-mail and telephone.
* Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office, especially excellent Excel skill is an advantage
* Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime if required
