You are responsible for providing leadership + direction to the warehouse team by directing a diverse in-house + subcontracted workforce to manage the throughput of our customer’s products + creating a safe working environment. You will achieve this by careful planning + coordination with internal a+ external stakeholders along with proactive inventory and resource management.
+ To be responsible for the overall performance of the allocated Container Freight Station (CFS) site including warehouse operations, office operations + information systems.
+ To oversee the selection, professional development, + motivation of all warehouse employees.
+ To closely monitor the performance of any sub-contractors.
+ To plan, direct + implement warehouse operations, administrative + customer service support to meet prescribed productivity + service goals.
+ To ensure storage utilization within warehouses, especially during peak seasons, is correctly managed.
+ To ensure that all internal + external health + safety requirements are understood + followed at all times.
+ To manage continuous improvement projects for site.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
+ Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
+ Having at least 5 years working experience in Warehouse operation area.
+ Excellent leadership skills.
+ Having good knowledge of warehouse system process.
+ Good at communication, interpersonal skills.
+ Good command of English.
+ Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
Work location: VIDIFI Duyen Hai Logistics Park, Dong Hai 2 Ward, Hai An District, Hai Phong City, Viet Nam.
Work hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning/month.
+ Having at least 5 years working experience in Warehouse operation area.
