Sea Operation Executive/ Urgent

+ Responsible for preparing documents related to Air/Sea Shipments (Import-Export), take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments,

+ Setup timely delivery process in order to meet customers' requirement,

+ Well coordinate with Sea team, daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager,

+ Well coordinate with local agents and oversea partners, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries,

+ Understanding of Import-Export Procedures: Profound knowledge of end-to-end import and export processes and documentation.

+ Proficiency in Incoterms: Solid understanding of Incoterms (e.g., 2010/2020) and their application in international trade.

+ Sea Freight Handling Experience: Proven experience in handling sea freight operations for both inbound (import) and outbound (export) shipments.

+ Other tasks as assigned by Managers.

Job Requirement:

+ College/ University Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic…

+ At least 1~2 years of experience in Global forwarding companies for Air/Sea shipments

+ Good knowledge of Freight/Logistics/Import-Export, Customs Clearance.

+ Sea Operation experience is preferred

+ Good health and work under high pressure.
