Seafreight Operation Executive

A/ Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and arrange relevant bookings for vendors/customers in timely manner. Ability to handle export & import sea-freight shipments. Especially outbound Vietnam to US trade lanes.

2. Assist in checking sailing schedules that align with customer inquiries. Experience on AMS/ISF/ACI or e-manifest filing is a plus

3. Prepare Loading Plan, checking documents with shippers/factories, tracing cargo frequently until cargo arrives at destination.

4. Communicate with shippers/manufacturer to provide necessary procedural support.

5. Generate AR debit note & checking AP each job in timely manner.

6. Address and resolve customer issues to ensure smooth operations.

7. Report any critical updates or issues to line managers if any (delay, offload, docs missing, damaged goods..)

8. Complete other assigned tasks by upper manager when needed.

1. At least 1 year of experience in a freight forwarding company.

2. Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities with a disciplined work ethic.

3. Proficiency in Computer skills (MS Office)

4. Customer Orientation, Proactive, Teamwork

5. Hard working, honest and ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy, well organization.

6. Fluent communication both in English and Vietnamese at 04 skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

7. Forwarding outbound to US trade lanes or Cargowise user background is an advantage.
