Performs clerical and administrative tasks including: manage calendars, schedules, conference calls, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
Receives the incoming documents review contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate categories.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information
Efficient, flexible, cautious and able to adapt in different environment
Positive, proactive, take initiative, good co-ordination skill, possess tact and diplomacy
Education and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
