Secretary to Factory Director (Japanese Speaking - N2)

We are looking for a potential candidate who will work in Production Control department and take the role of Secretarial tasks for Factory Director, details as below:

• Perform a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Factory Director.

• Manage all documentation and confidential matters of the company.

• Be responsible for drafting correspondence, writing meeting minutes and preparing presentation slides.

• Book meetings and send signing schedule of Factory Director every day.

• Control general expense/ fixed cost of factory.
