Mô Tả Công Việc
- Identify operational or knowledge gap from sellers and build a training plan/content. Collaborate with Engagement team to conduct training
- Conduct offline/online (livestreams, workshops, conferences, etc.) training for new and existing sellers and monitor training effectiveness and evaluate sellers’ feedbacks for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed training materials for presentations in high-quality and up-to-date content to enhance seller performance, introduce new features, etc.
- Foster strong positive relationship with Lazada sellers
- Solve logistics problems and complaints from sellers
- Analyze dashboards related to performance of sellers and 3PLs, identify root cause and develop solutions to current problems
- Work with Commercial and operational stakeholders such as First-Mile team, Sort, Platform, Hub, KAMs to improve sellers' logistics experience
- Collect and share market intelligence knowledge
- Work closely with Seller Experience & Regional teams to facilitate product enhancement/service enhancement that enables sellers to perform better
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• 2+ years of working experience in Logistics / eCommerce / Project Management / Operations
• Associate’s or Bachelor degree is required.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills and able to follow through tasks
• Possess a strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Portray a high degree of curiosity & quick learning ability
• Excellent communication skills (moderate English)
• SQL literacy is a plus
