Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our affiliate marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential advertisers, pitching our services, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional affiliate marketing solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape.

1.Client Acquisition and Onboarding

- Identify and attract potential advertisers that align with the agency's strategy and goals.

- Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our affiliate marketing services.

- Onboard new advertisers, providing training on processes, policies, and tools used in affiliate marketing campaigns.

2. Relationship Management

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing investment in our marketing campaigns.

- Develop tailored affiliate marketing strategies based on the unique needs and goals of each partner.

- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution

- Analyze the needs and objectives of each advertiser to propose and plan suitable marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate the implementation of campaigns, from setting objectives to execution and performance evaluation.

- Collaborate with other departments, including creative, technical, and analytics teams, to ensure the successful delivery of affiliate marketing services."

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to advertisers on key metrics and outcomes.

- Use data insights to optimize campaign strategies and improve overall performance.

- Present campaign results and recommendations to advertisers, demonstrating the value and impact of our services.

5 Cross-Department Collaboration

- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content and promotional materials for campaigns.

- Liaise with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of marketing tools and platforms.

- Partner with the analytics team to gain insights and refine strategies based on data-driven analysis."

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the Digital marketing landscape and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies

- Highly organized with strong project management skills.

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing a proven track record of - managing successful campaigns.

- Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape and industry trends.
