PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• SALES PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITES – Targeting new high revenue growth in potential sector & development of trade lanes. Establishing presence and market share in new sectors where appropriate opportunities have been identified. Management of the business relationship with major new supply chain clients.
• SALES PLANNING AND STRATEGIES – Assisting the Sales Manager in the planning & deployment of the sales strategies. Determine individual tactics in order to ensure strong market conversion, penetration and yield enhancement.
• QUALITY MANAGEMENT – Collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Diploma in related field, Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Experience & knowledge:
• At least 4 years’ business development exposure in similar Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
• International experience in large scale business development
• Proven Business Development/Sales record
• Organized, Detail-oriented
• Driven by results and strategic thinker
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple activities and opportunities
• Good analytical, problem-solving, project management & presentation skills
• Able to work independently, take responsibility & ownership of initiatives
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
