Senior Account Manager (Online Travel Agent)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction

• Develop and implement effective sales and account strategies to achieve business goals

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and inquiries

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver high-quality service and solutions

• Monitor client performance metrics and proactively address issues or opportunities

• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in Account Management, Market management (3+ years)

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management

• Experience in online marketing or working with digital campaigns is highly desirable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Previous experience in the travel, hospitality, Car rental, flight ticket or e-commerce industry is a plus

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
