Senior Accountant

• Handle salary for company staff. • Handle contract renewals for employees as and when due. • Compile and record VAT tax invoice into company system. • Manage petty cash funds and maintain accurate records of transactions. • Manage payment request for Import tax, Vendors, etc. • Handle the renewal of contracts for rental agreements and machinery leases. • Coordinate hotel bookings, visa arrangements, and transportation for visitors to the Vietnam office. • Provide assistance in obtaining quotations and advisory services related to compliance matters concerning company. • Handle documentation and contracts services terms and conditions. • Tracking and recording of warehouse inventory. • Manage and following up about cashflow management. • Follow up credit limit request for new customer/ vendor- or company search for creditability check before embarking with business transactions. • Other task assigned by Management if any.

• Have knowledge of tax and custom procedures. • Excellent command of English. • 2-5 years working in accounting/ auditing position. • Strong knowledge of tax, accounting principles, VN custom and bank regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefit: • Salary range of VND 15,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 (gross salary). • Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according to Labor Law
