Senior Accountant

1. Tax

Check, review the document which occurred FCT, declaration, recording

Review the taxation, reconcile with bookkeeping and submitted timely

Check, save, submit tax declaration; Solve tax, invoice issues as directed by superior

2. Fixed asset

Classify, list, create asset codes and tools, monitor fluctuations of FA, tools

Recording for increase and decrease in assets, tools and tracking

Run depreciation

Prepare asset cards, save photocopies of asset formation documents and documents related to the resourse of rising fixex asset

FA count in year-end

Save the documents the resourse of rising fixex asset, save the hard file, and the soft file

Prepare the report: FA Report, Metrics Report and other necessary data

3. AR/Sales

Check sales document, issue E-invoice

Control, follow, reconcile between: customs - e-invoice - revenue on ERP

Following and reconcile AR

Deduct debt with internal company monthly (if have)

Foreign exchange revaluation (AR)

Save Sales document (Inv, packing list, Bill of lading, CDs….), Sale contract

Prepare the report: AR report, Sales invoice Report, Revenue reconciliation report, Related transaction Report

Provide data to audit, tax, customs when requested…

Other tasks as directed by superiors

Graduated University/ Accounting major

At least 6 years of experience in accounting in manufacturing business

- Good excel and fomular, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Mircrosoft BC)

- Good communication

- Hard working / Careful / Honest / Assertive / Firm/ High sense of responsibility and compliance

- Able to use English, Chinese is advantage"
