Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

- The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing and executing accounting tasks for

clients, including bookkeeping, tax documentation, cost calculation for products/services,

preparation of financial statements, and tax reports.

- Ensure the tax books comply with tax authority regulations, support clients in legal

compliance (if any), provide guidance and support to junior accountants and accounting

teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and finalize accounting records for clients.

- Prepare tax documentation (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT) in compliance with regulations. Make

payment of the above taxes to the State Budget.

- Reconcile internal data with actual documents and tax reports.

- Collect and analyze costs including materials, labor, and overhead.

- Calculate product/service costing based on client business models.

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality of junior staff work.

- Train, guide, and support junior accountants.

- Advise clients on accounting, tax, cost, and financial process matters.

- Communicate regularly with clients to update information and resolve issue

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting services or audit.

- Practical experience in product/service costing.

- Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, Fast, Xero…) and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong team management, collaboration, and client communication skills.
