Senior Accountant (Based In Binh Duong)

The Role This position will be responsible for a portfolio of entities and oversee financial operations, mainly on Account receivable and General ledger matters. Job Responsibilities Responsible for timely and accurate in preparation and issuing of billings to tenants /keying of Accounts Receivable receipts and daily transaction following AR SOP. Managing the daily financial operations as well as preparing accrual/reversal and inputting all GL transactions for closing. Ensuring timely month-end closing, inter-company reconciliation, preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly management reporting, monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedules. Preparation of monthly/quarterly VAT reporting. You will also ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for audit of the portfolio of entities under your purview, overseeing the audit process, and ensure timely submission to the relevant statutory bodies. Handling of corporate income tax including preparation of tax computation or working closely with the tax consultant on tax computation and attending to tax queries from the tax consultant or tax authority. Budgeting & forecasting for the portfolio of entities under your purview. Other responsibilities include internal control and compliance roles in respect of delegation of authority and other internal policies and SOPs. Involve in ad-hoc accounting/admin assignments as and when required. **Note: We provide shuttle bus from HCM to Binh Duong

Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or its equivalent. At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting work. Proficient in MS Office. Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English. Experience with SAP system would be advantageous. Ability to work independently. Ability to multitask in a dynamic setting and work in a cooperative manner across all supporting functions to perform in the role.
