Job requirements

+ Accounting works requirements:

- Organize the company’s accounting system in compliance with the accounting regime issued by ministry of finance and the company’s regulations

- Report on time all reports.

- Planning, organizing, checking the accounting entries and accounting system,

- Training and guideline staffs to complete KPI.

- Take responsible for the accounting data with internal company and external.

- Effective solution for costing saving in the accounting system.

* Financial works

- Planning the short term finance policy

- Balance cash flow to ensure good cash management for project and company’s operation requirements.

- Establish capital structure and asset of business and company policy

- Proposing plans and advising the company’s Board of directors on the cost

- effective solutions, finance and accounting works.

- Prepared and check Cash flow report for each project. Cost of project for projects

- Other works assign by Managers.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

+ Graduated University majoring in Finance and accounting

+) Experience in accounting and finance fields

+) At least 05 - 10 years of experience in the chief accounting or head of finance and accounting department.

+) Experience in the construction accounting and retail business are an advantage

+) Fluent English for 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing.

+) Able to work under high pressure +) Salary: Completive
