Senior Accountant (Reporting)

** JOB PURPOSE
Handle the role & responsibilities of CEO, internal and statutory financial statements.

** Accountabilities
1. Financial statements and Tax Report
• Review monthly/quarterly/annual tax reports (e-invoice, VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT…) and other tax correspondences for the tax authority.
• Support and give advice related to tax matters with activities business
• Preparing all reports (financial statements, regulatory and external) are prepared align with VAS and current financial legislation.
• Provide accurate and timely financial statement and management report if required.
• Ensuring that those reports submit within deadline, compliance with regulations.
• Submit financial statements, statutory and tax reports in time/on time.
• Other related finance reports as required.

2. Audit Financial Statement (AFS)
- Supporting external audit firm for review financial statements by quarterly and yearly.
- Ensuring that the audited financial statements submit within deadline, compliance with regulations.

3. Projects
• Plan and monitor to enhance execution plan meet agreed timeline.
• Coordinate members and other divisions/departments to complete projects.
• Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.

4. Others
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Keeping informed about the latest developments in the life insurance industry.
