Senior Accounting

Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Senior to external accounting functions. This role will be responsible to conduct the bookkeeping services for external clients.

Accounting Service Senior

• Assist the Manager/Director with instituting and maintaining accounting controls to our clients.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple clients using accounting software (FAST, MISA, etc.)

• Review and process accounting documents received from clients (e.g., invoices, payment vouchers, contracts)

• Prepare monthly payroll, social insurance declarations, and related reports

• Prepare and submit tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) in compliance with current regulations

• Draft monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and management reports

• Coordinate and communicate directly with clients (including FDI clients), both online and in meetings

• Support during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed

• Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation or advisory (optional)

• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables under tight deadlines

• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the team

• Other additional tasks as required by supervisor and/or clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or taxation, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment

• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) and current tax regulations

• Experience with tax inspection and dealing with tax authorities is a strong plus

• Proficient in accounting software (FAST, MISA) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…)

• Proficiency in English, Chinese (reading and writing) is required; Korean is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients

• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and travel if required

• Salary: Negotiated during interview.
