Senior Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Perform bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax filing, treasury, and other accounting services for clients.

• Client Deliverables: Submit deliverables within set deadlines while maintaining confidentiality of client records and tax data.

• Quality Assurance: Manage the quality of working papers and reports.

• Client and Authority Communication: Communicate with clients or local authorities upon Manager’s instruction or approval.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with other divisions to ensure seamless job execution.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain good working relationships with client staff.

• Team Coaching and Mentoring: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff.

• Performance Management: Meet assigned objectives and contribute to team performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/Banking or equivalent;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity;

• Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English;

• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-minded;

• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with clients;

• Strong time management and prioritization skills;

• Good knowledge in VAS or IAS/IFRS or US GAAP, tax, labour and statistics regulations;

• Good at reading and following rules and regulations;

• Well versed in various accounting software, HRM, ERP system;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
